Iranian-born Gila has called Australia home since 2008, and her passion is to bring easy, authentic Middle Eastern cooking into the homes of Australian people without the hassle of having to source hard-to-find ingredients.
Exotic Bazaar was founded when Gila realised there was a a lack of products and knowledge of the delicious Persian food she grew up with. Her range brings traditional flavour to traditional Middle Eastern dishes, and adds a versatile twist to other cuisines.
Exotic Bazaar products are free from gluten, dairy, egg, and preservatives, and are made from high quality, wholesome ingredients.
