Woolworths Retail Marketing Masterclass Providing Valuable Insights


How do brands stop consumers in the aisle, and get them to try new products and to buy again.? 

This is called Retail Marketing. In Seedlab Australia this week we had Serena Anson-Cope and Jen Welsh from Woolworths live in our Zoom room answering questions on this with 60+ of our participants, across Australia and New Zealand.  

A pre-recorded video showing Serena and Jen walking the store and talking with team member Sally Fairless was valuable pre-watching to get the questions flowing thick and fast. The Live Q&A covered all aspects of sampling, product format and other promotional strategies.  

The Masterclass was augmented with a live presentation from Luke Warn on using data and insights to develop better products, pitches and marketing angles.
