The Seedlab Australia team draws on 185+ years of collective FMCG innovation, business experience, team leadership and entrepreneurship.

We are family, we are friends, and we are colleagues. We are also passionate business founders!

Our role is to guide you through the process of supplying Woolworths well, whilst evolving your products, people and businesses.

Our team provide specialist business coaching to participants, and you may receive unique opportunities to present your products to Woolworths.

There are no guarantees of supply to Woolworths, nor requirements for exclusivity, as a result of participating in the Seedlab Australia program at any level.

Seedlab Australia is also connected to a number of trusted industry heroes who share instructive content, insightful conversations and deep-dive Masterclasses with our participants.

All our programs are provided at no cost to participants, thanks to generous support from Woolworths.

Proudly supported by Woolworths

Seedlab Australia is proudly supported by Woolworths, with an additional $7m funding provided for the period July 2024-June 2027.

This funding supports aspiring and new Woolworths suppliers via 2 rounds of Bootcamp and Cultivate programs each year, with the addition of the 12 month rolling Nurture program to support new suppliers to supply well, and further Propagate program support for current suppliers.

A core pillar of Seedlab Australia’s programs are the insights, information and support from Woolworths, on almost every aspect of their operations.

Participants are provided with invaluable information about consumer trends, supply and demand, food trends, logistics, marketing and promotions (and more), with opportunities for live conversations.

The private Woolworths Seedlab Australia Expo and the Seedlab Hub provides the opportunity for participants to present their products to Category Managers and key staff.
