Martin from The Devil’s Own Ice Creamery is not only a dad to 4 fab kids, but he’s also a chef, and a man on a mission to create the best ice cream in Tasmania. He starts with milk from Jersey cows from Elgaar farm. And then the magic builds.
Martin and Emma recently opened a new ice creamery in Launceston, where you can enjoy their allergen-free ice creams, gluten-free waffles cones and sorbets.
