The Devil’s Own Ice Creamery Success Story

Martin from The Devil’s Own Ice Creamery is not only a dad to 4 fab kids, but he’s also a chef, and a man on a mission to create the best ice cream in Tasmania. He starts with milk from Jersey cows from Elgaar farm. And then the magic builds.

Martin and Emma recently opened a new ice creamery in Launceston, where you can enjoy their allergen-free ice creams, gluten-free waffles cones and sorbets.

It gave us an opportunity to network with like-minded people, and helped us understand trends around food and what we could do differently, especially in how we marketed ourselves
